1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chithi.me (the "Service"), operated by Shorgol Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Chithi.me. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we determine does not meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use Chithi.me, you must create an account by providing:

• A username
• A password
• An email address (optional, for password recovery)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Description

Chithi.me is a platform that allows users to:

• Create a personal link (https://chithi.me/username)
• Share this link on social media platforms
• Receive anonymous messages from other users

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to create, send, submit, post, or otherwise transmit any content or engage in any behavior that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, stalks, or intimidates any person
• Is abusive, defamatory, hateful, or promotes discrimination or violence against any individual or group
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or the exploitation of minors
• Impersonates any person or entity, or provides false or misleading information
• Distributes spam, malware, phishing links, or other harmful content
• Interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the Service

6. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or otherwise offensive content, and zero tolerance for abusive users, on Chithi.me. Any content that is objectionable as described in Section 5, and any user who submits such content or otherwise abuses the Service or its users, is strictly prohibited.

Users who create, send, or submit objectionable content, or who engage in abusive behavior toward others, will have their content removed and their account and access to the Service permanently terminated (ejected). We reserve the right to take this action at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

To keep the Service safe, Chithi.me provides the following safeguards:

• Automated filtering: messages are automatically screened for objectionable content before they are delivered, and content matching our filters may be rejected or removed.
• Reporting (flagging): you can flag any message you receive as objectionable directly within the app, so that we can review it.
• Blocking: you can block a sender within the app to prevent them from sending you further messages.
• Removing content: you can immediately delete any message you have received.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting (permanently banning) the user who provided it. You may also report abusive or inappropriate content or activity by:

8. Content and Storage

We store messages sent through the Service indefinitely. While we strive to maintain the security of stored content, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem objectionable or inappropriate, at any time and at our sole discretion.

9. Privacy

We collect and store only the minimum necessary information required to provide the Service, including your username, password, and optional email address. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shorgol Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We do not tolerate harassment or abuse of any kind, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy as described in Sections 6 and 7, including automated filtering, user reporting, blocking, and acting on reports within 24 hours. However, because messages may be sent anonymously, you acknowledge that we cannot pre-screen every message, and you agree to use the safeguards provided to report and block objectionable content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
