Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Last updated: July 16, 2025

Our Unwavering Commitment

Chithi.me and its parent company, Shorgol Studio, have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity on our platform that facilitates or engages in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The safety of our users, especially children, is paramount. We are committed to preventing our service from being used for such heinous purposes, and we will act decisively to report any such activity to law enforcement.

Prohibited Activities on Chithi.me

Our service allows users to create a public link to receive anonymous messages. The following activities related to CSAE are strictly forbidden:

  • Sending CSAE: Sending any anonymous message that contains, describes, links to, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes any text, images, videos, or other media depicting the sexual abuse of a minor.
  • Soliciting CSAE: Using a Chithi.me profile link, username, or any other means to solicit, request, or encourage others to send CSAE.
  • Grooming or Luring: Using the anonymous messaging service to groom, lure, coerce, or solicit a minor for sexual purposes.

How to Report Abuse

Given the anonymous, one-way nature of our messaging system, the recipient of a message is the most critical part of our safety and reporting process.

If you receive a message that you believe contains or relates to CSAE:

  1. Do NOT delete the message. It contains information that is vital for our investigation.
  2. Immediately report it to our dedicated safety team by sending an email to:

[email protected]

In your email, please include:

  • Your Chithi.me username.
  • The content of the message you received, or a clear description of it.

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. Our safety team will review your report urgently.

Our Enforcement and Law Enforcement Reporting Process

Our response to credible reports of CSAE is swift and focuses on identifying the sender of the illegal content.

  • Technical Investigation: While messages are anonymous to the recipient, we maintain technical records (such as IP addresses and other metadata) associated with every message sent through our service. We will use this non-public data to investigate credible reports and identify the source of the illegal content.
  • Banning the Sender: We will use our technical findings to permanently ban the sender from ever using our service again.
  • Reporting to Law Enforcement: We have a legal and moral obligation to report CSAE. We will report all credible instances of CSAM to the appropriate national and international law enforcement agencies, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). This report will include the illegal content and any identifying information we have about the sender (such as their IP address and associated metadata).
  • Action on Recipient Accounts: In the rare instance where we find evidence that a user's account was created to solicit CSAE, that account will also be permanently terminated and reported to law enforcement.

Age Policy

As stated in our Privacy Policy, our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children and will take immediate steps to remove any accounts we identify as belonging to users under 13.
